Fireside Fill & Sing — iPhone app by BranJam Industries LLC

Fireside Fill & Sing does not collect any data. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services. The app does not transmit information about you or your device to us or to anyone else.

This policy explains how the Fireside Fill & Sing iPhone app handles information. It is written to be read quickly and in plain language, because the app is intended for families and is listed in the App Store’s Kids Category.

This policy covers the app only. The BranJam Industries website is covered by a separate policy.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically, the app does not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses

  • Accounts or login details — the app has no sign-in of any kind

  • Location data

  • Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

  • Device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or IP address logs

  • Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioural data

  • Payment or financial information

The words you type

When you fill in the blanks in a song, those words are held in the app on your device for as long as you are using it. They are never sent anywhere, never stored on a server, and never seen by us. Closing the app or choosing a new song clears them.

Children’s privacy

Fireside Fill & Sing is designed to be safe for children and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s Kids Category requirements.

  • We collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected, nothing about a child is stored, shared, or sold.

  • There is no advertising of any kind — no banner ads, no interstitials, no sponsored content, and no third-party ad networks.

  • There is no behavioural tracking or profiling, and no advertising identifier is read.

  • There are no social features — no chat, no comments, no sharing, no user-to-user contact, and no user-generated content visible to anyone else.

  • There are no links out of the app to websites or social media.

  • The only purchase is a single optional one-time unlock, handled entirely by Apple behind Apple’s own parental-gate and payment protections. We never see or receive payment details.

Purchases

The app offers one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full songbook. The transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store using your existing Apple Account. We never receive, see, or store your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Your purchase is remembered on your device and can be restored through Apple’s standard “Restore Purchases” mechanism, which asks Apple — not us — what you already own.

Internet access

The app works fully offline. It makes no network requests of its own. The only time it contacts the internet is when you tap to buy or restore the unlock, at which point it speaks to Apple’s App Store servers only, so Apple can confirm the purchase. No other servers are contacted, including ours.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking software. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is gathered in the first place.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Anything the app saves — your purchase status and the words you have typed — lives only on your device, and deleting the app removes it.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about any user of this app, so there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. You are welcome to contact us to confirm this.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and change the effective date above before the change ships. If a future version were ever to collect anything, we would say so here plainly and seek consent where the law requires it.
